Featuring Jackson Sayers, B.Sc. (Kinesiology)

Duration: 36 seconds

Over time you will graduate away from the dumbbells and into a heavy Swiss ball and what the heavy Swiss ball will allow you to do is to almost get back a little bit more into your back and into your large gluteal muscles in the bum, and it really allows you to find a nice, happy centre point there where you can sit there for a nice length of time.

Always remember if you experience any discomfort of any kind to come out of the motion in a very slow and controlled way. Stand up, walk it out and move around.
