Another variation for the low back on the ball involves the arm, and what you want to be thinking about whenever you start to lose contact with the ground in one arm is do I have the balance within my stomach and my low back in a nice contraction form?

This is a super exercise because what it will actually allow you to do is it makes all those muscles in your stomach and stuff work on holding your balance.

So you can get into a system where you can change arms, you can take the legs in and out, take the legs up and down, but what you want to be thinking about is nice and slow, nice and steady.

Our head position in all of these motions is looking down, our neck is nice and straight, we're thinking about getting into this kind of a position with nice, steady movement.

Always remember if there's any kind of pain or any kind of complications in your low back, get out of the motion right away.
