The Superman exercise is a great one that you can do anytime, anywhere.  

So with Vendela, I’m going to get her to go down on hands and knees. And what she’s going to do is extend opposite leg and opposite arm at the same time. Get to the top; you want to stay parallel to the ground. 

You don’t want to over extend. Come back down and back out. So you want to hold for a minute at the top and then relax. You’re going to do ten to 15 reps on either side. Do one side and then the other. Make sure you stay breathing. Good! Just like that; keep it going. A few more times.
