I am a Registered Dietitian with a post-graduate degree in Human Nutrition. I use a Motivational Interviewing approach to assist clients to my private practice ( in setting their own nutrition goals and achieving them. I provide support for general healthy eating and preventative nutrition as well as for a number of health conditions including high blood glucose, elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure and am very experienced in supporting clients in achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight.

I have three areas of specialty;

(1) Food allergy, Food Sensitivity & Food Intolerance, including oral-allergy syndrome (OAS) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Use of histamine-reduced diet in mast cell activation disorder (MCAD) and use of FODMAPS (IBS).

(2) Mental Health Nutrition including ADHD, depression, anxiety disorder, OCD and Bipolar Disorder.

(3) Weight Management; that goes beyond simply 'loosing weight" to focus on addressing the underlying issue of insulin resistance.

I am experienced in providing services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors in person as well as by remote consultation.
