Yogacara Studio offers a wide variety of classes and class types. We offer drop-in rates, punch passes and a monthly pay as you go program; all tailored to make Yoga affordable in our community. Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga is a system of yoga introduced in the 15th century in India. This particular system of yoga is the most popular.

Yin Yoga: Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other school of yoga. However, it directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues, or the yang tissues.

Vinyasa Power Yoga: Vinyasa Power Yoga is intense and flowing type of hatha yoga that improves strength, flexibility and concentration.

Pay It Forward Yoga: At Yogacara we have a system that allows everyone to Pay It Forward. Students attend this class by donation of canned goods.

Pre-Natal Yoga: The Pre-Natal classes strengthen the body for child bearing and aid in relieving the common discomforts your body experiences.

Mat Pilates (all levels): These classes focus on creating a connection of breath and movement, using the abdominal muscles and spine.

Mom & Baby Yoga: This class is an ideal way to rebalance your body and rejuvenate your energy while enjoying time with your baby.

Yogacara Kids (a YogaKids program) - ages 3-6 & 7-11: Having a fun and creative approach to yoga can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing.

Family Yoga : This class will help each member of the family become more centered and calm, while increasing flexibility.
