Dr. Reza Alizadehfar Bio

Dr Reza Alizadehfar is an Assistant Professor of Pediatric at McGill University and an attending physician in the division of allergy and clinical immunology of the Montreal Children’s hospital and Montral Genaral Hospital.

He graduated form University of Montreal. He did his residency in Pediatrics and his fellowship in Clinical Immunology and Allergy at McGill University. He completed a fellowship in Primary Immunodeficiency and Bone Marrow Transplantation at the Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto

His clinical and research interests include the epidemiology and genetics of food allergy as well as primary Immunodeficiencies.

Dr. Reza Alizadehfar, Associate Professor in the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Dermatology in the Department of Pediatrics, on receiving the national prestigious John Toogood Teaching Award from the Canadian Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (CSACI).

The John Toogood Teaching Award is presented to a CSACI member in recognition of his or her exemplary teaching in the field of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. To be considered for this award, the candidate should be actively involved in teaching trainees and demonstrate excellence in teaching and mentoring.
