Dr. Stacey Hornick obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Toronto in 1992 and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at CMCC in Toronto in 1996. She has also attained her Master’s Degree in Chiropractic Pediatrics from BPP University in Wales. This experience allows for Dr. Stacey to bring proficiency and clinical expertise to her pediatric patients and their families. Community Contributions Dr. Stacey has been a lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan providing an integrative perspective to the College of Pharmacy. She speaks publicly on wellness, maternal care, prenatal health and breastfeeding to various groups and communities across Saskatoon. She is dedicated to increasing the awareness of the benefits of chiropractic care to growing families. She also had the honour of being invited to speak at Pediatric Grand Rounds at Royal University Hospital to pediatricians and pediatric specialists across Saskatchewan. Dr. Stacey has enjoyed her involvement in speaking to the Saskatchewan Lactation Consultants Association and collaborating with these experts in order to enhance the care of mothers and their babies. Dr. Stacey plays a pivotal role in the breastfeeding community within the province. She enjoys helping families with an integrated approach by working closely with lactation consultants, breastfeeding experts and specialists. Her involvement in supporting breastfeeding and mothering groups in her community is a testament to her continued commitment to expand the circle of care and create ease of accessibility for mothers in need of support. Personal Interests Dr. Stacey enjoys working with children. She is passionate about watching kids grow up experiencing their best possible health. She enjoys caring for families, participating in the prenatal stages of parenthood and offering her knowledge and over 25 years of clinical experience to her growing community. Dr. Stacey is also certified in Webster Technique (a specific approach designed for pregnant women). Dr. Stacey Hornick is a doctor of chiropractic, a wife, and a mother of two boys. Living a healthy lifestyle is important to her family. Dr. Stacey and her husband Michael, also a doctor of chiropractic, enjoy a healthy balance between family time, outdoor living, athletic activity, nutrition and work.
