Nicole Shuckett Bio

icole graduated with a Master of Science in Nutrition and a Certificate in Gerontology from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. She has been a member in good standing of the College of Dietitians of Ontario for 19 years. Nicole started her career at Baycrest and worked there for 12 years where she developed a passion for working with older adults and their families. During her time at Baycrest she worked with clients with a wide range of illnesses specializing in neurological diseases and helping clients with the nutrition challenges that go with them. For the past 7 years Nicole has worked at the Jeff and Diane Ross Movement Disorders Clinic and the ALS clinic at Sunnybrook Hospital. Nicole recently starting working at Wellspring where she provides guidance to cancer patients on maintaining an optimal diet during the challenges and rigors of cancer treatment. Nicole is an active teacher and presenter on nutritional issues in both the corporate and public sector. Nicole has an active private practice in the North York area of Toronto. Nicole loves to travel and exercise. She has the biggest smile on her face when she is having fun with her husband and 2 sons.
