Eni believes there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to helping her clients recover from injuries and return to pain-free, uninhibited movement. She uses a combination of manual therapies (such as soft tissue mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue release, joint mobilization, and dry needling) and active therapies (such as strength training, therapeutic exercise, proprioceptive training and neuromuscular re-education) to treat each person’s individual needs and progress them to achieving their goals.
