Dr. Sam Calicchia is a duly qualified Chiropractor licensed to practice in the province of Ontario, and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. He is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), a Fellow of the Chiropractic College of Rehabilitation Sciences, and a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Ontario Chiropractic Association and the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association. Dr. Calicchia has been in practice for over twenty years with extensive background in rehabilitation and acupuncture, as well as marketing and case management of motor vehicle accident claims. He has extensive experience performing an array of medical evaluations pursuant to the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule issued by the Financial Services of the Commission of Ontario, in particular, Functional Capacity Evaluations. Dr. Calicchia is also involved in prescription and fitting of medical assistive devices, with expertise in prescription and dispensing of custom orthotics.
