Dr. Norton has practiced chiropractic in Ottawa since 1992. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree at Acadia University and attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). After graduating in 1992, Dr. Norton enjoyed the privilege of practicing with his father Dr. Barry Norton, the founder of the Holistic clinic, located in Old Ottawa South. Dr. Norton is currently a co-owner of the Holistic Clinic. His passion lies in aiding patients of all ages in their return to active independent functioning through chiropractic care, soft tissue treatments, acupuncture, and functional nutrition. Dr. Norton coaches his clients in their return to active healthy independent living through education and the recognition that our daily thoughts, actions, diet, and lifestyle choices influence most, if not all of the acute and chronic illnesses that are present today. Postgraduate studies include certification in spinal rehabilitation (CMCC), clinical acupuncture (Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute), Active Release Technique® (ART), Graston Soft TissueTechnique®, Gokavi Transverse Technique® (dry needling acupuncture muscle release technique) and clinical nutrition.
