With a heavy background in Sports Medicine, Dr. Suderman has many unique skills to help treat all aspects of injuries and pain. This includes a combination of hands on manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, soft tissue therapy, movement assessments and exercise prescription. Dr. Darren Suderman received his chiropractic training from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating Summa Cum Laude with clinic honors. Dr. Suderman prides himself in providing the most current, evidence-based care to his patients and providing an individualized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s specific needs. He works hard to find the root of the cause to his patients’ pain/injuries/dysfunctions for long term success with treatment.

He is constantly taking additional training in various manual therapy techniques, Instrument-Assisted-Soft-Tissue-Mobilization (IASTM), Neurodynamic Solutions (NDS), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Kinesiology Taping and other modalities.

 

Dr. Suderman has sought out additional training in movement assessments and exercise prescriptions, with the goal of helping his patients move and feel better in their daily and physical activities to help them achieve whatever goals they are working towards.

Areas of interest for him include lower limb injuries especially related to running/endurance activities, sports/athletic injuries in general, neck pain/headaches, tricky nerve related injuries, and complex persistent pain.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Dr. Suderman on a morning run, cycling around the Fraser Valley, golfing, watching all manner of sports, walking with his wife Carly and dog Phoebe, and enjoying time with friends and family!
