Grow Health is a group of dedicated family doctors providing family practice and maternity care in the Greater Victoria area. We also have two pediatricians who see babies and children on a referral basis.
Grow Health is a team of doctors who specialize in Family Practice and Maternity Care in Victoria, BC. We work with other amazing teams of Nurses, Mental Health specialists and Medical Office staff, and have in-house Pediatric Specialists. We are also a teaching facility, supporting medical students and residents.
At Grow, we strive to provide care in an open-minded, non-judgmental way. We embrace diversity, a holistic approach to health, use evidenced-based medicine, and, most importantly, we want you to be at the center of the decisions we make together in the office. We see people of all ages and stages and understand how everyone’s unique circumstance can be challenging at times.
It is very important to know that at Grow we work as a team. Patients always have a main doctor who is the ‘quarterback’of your care, but patients may see different faces involved in their care throughout their time at Grow whether it be other doctors, interns, or our amazing nurses. Your main doctor always knows and deeply cares about what is going on with your health but uses their team to provide you access to care when you need it and the best care possible. It is our belief that this is a wonderful model of community care, but we do understand it might not suit all patients and if it is not suiting you, that’s OK!, please let us know. We have chosen this model because we believe it gives our patients the best care possible. When you see different members of the team you get access to their unique breadth of knowledge; our doctors each have special interests and have done extra training in addictions, mental health, end of life care, advocacy, teaching, policy, women’s health, and much more.
