All new clients receive a lifestyle assessment. This helps Christine and her team to determine your current postural imbalances and habits, muscle weakness and tightness, flexibility, cardio-respiratory fitness level, and daily nutrition habits.
Christine will not only create a resistance program for you, but review and recommend cardio that will supplement your training, using a Training Journal. Personal training takes place at the gym or in your home.
Partner and Group training
Working with a friend or in a group, your personal trainer will motivate and encourage you to work together to reach your goals. Again, training can take place at the gym or in your home.
A fun, modern alternative to traditional aerobics classes that fuses Latin music with easy to follow moves for an exciting new workout. These classes are currently being taught at the The Riverside Club, Kinetix at the University of Calgary, and the Calgary Winter Club.
Medical exercise programs
Fitness and rehabilitation programs designed in consultation with your physician, physiotherapist, chiropractor, or other health care providers and specialists to help you regain strength and mobility. Should you wish to have Christine contact your doctor a medical release form will be send to your doctor as well as periodically rehabiliation reports.
