Wellness coaching is a process that empowers clients to reach their health and wellness potential.
Wellness coaches partner with a client to establish a three to six month personal wellness plan that includes a vision, goal setting, action steps and accountability.
Coaching can happen over the phone or in person. And typically helps with issues such as smoking cessation, weight loss, disease management, and work-life balance. Coaching really helps motivate people to make sustainable change.
