Nicolle incorporates many different approaches to her treatments, with a special focus on Myofascial Release (MFR) for which she studied extensively in Sedona, Arizona with MFR pioneer John Barnes. She also incorporates Muscle Energy Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and MBF Development®, a system of rehabilitative exercises that improve alignment and mobility. Treatments are individualized, often moving from one technique to another, based on each person’s unique needs and concerns.
