Dr. Cristoveanu graduated from Queen’s University with a B.Sc in Life Science in 2005. He then chose to study chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in central New York graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2008. Dr. Cristoveanu is board certified as a chiropractor in both Canada and the United States. During his studies, Dr. Cristoveanu had the opportunity to work at several Veterans Health Administration (VHA) health care centers in New York which gave him an excellent background practising within a multi-disciplinary environment. Dr. Cristoveanu’s interest in soft tissue management led him to become certified in both Active Release® Technique (ART) and Graston Technique®. Furthermore, his interest in athletic performance resulted in his gaining certification as a Certified Kinesio Taping® Practitioner. Dr. Cristoveanu lectures yearly for the University of Ottawa Medical School on Soft Tissue Pathology & Treatment and has participated in an Ontario Ministry of Health study on low back pain management paradigms. Dr. Cristoveanu strives to resolve your musculoskeletal concerns in a timely and thorough manner.
