Dr. Teddy (Donghyun) Kim is a Chiropractic Doctor at Evergreen Rehab & Wellness – Coquitlam. Dr. Teddy Kim is a board-certified Chiropractor. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo. He has been working as a chiropractor in community and sports medicine clinics for the last 6 years in Toronto. Dr. Teddy Kim specializes in the treatment of everyday injuries such as neck and low back pain as well as various types of sports-related injuries. He also focuses on the treatment of TMJ (Jaw) related injuries. He is trained in a variety of techniques such as FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), Neurodynamics Solutions (Nerve related injuries), and movement assessments (Integrated Patterning, Titleist Performance Institute). Dr. Kim’s treatment style is a combination of soft tissue therapy, joint manipulation, mobilization, and rehabilitation exercises that is specific to the patient’s needs. Dr. Kim focuses on setting specific goals with every patient so that both he and the patient are motivated to work towards achieving that as quickly as possible. His priority is optimizing individual patients’ functional capacity to improve their quality of life. Dr. Kim is originally from Korea, and he grew up in Toronto. He is fluent in Korean and English. When Dr. Kim is not working, he stays active while hiking, going to the gym, golfing, and snowboarding.
