    One of the worst doctors i've ever encountered. She was judgemental and inconsiderate, and did not address my concerns at all. I always felt angry, upset and disappointed when I left her office. I had to remove myself from her medical care.

    Terrible experience. Dr Thomas was extremely arrogant, rude and inconsiderate. Lacks even basic human manners to be polite to patients and address their concerns. She completely dismissed and ignored our concerns and showed very egoistic demeanour. As a doctor you should have some basic level of tolerance and humility to listen to patients as they are the ones going through pain and suffering. Shame

    Never heard of a Dr. that doesn't administer shots. Went into the clinic for my b12 shot as well as my vitamin D shot. After waiting for two hours, Dr. Thomas came in and said she doesn't administer shots and that she's never done it. She asked me to come in on another day. She was extremely rude about the whole situation. Will never visit that clinic again!

    Went to the Grand Marais clinic to alleviate an older issue that was reoccurring as I was told to do at the clinic before. Never got two words in with her,and told me to go nothing wrong without even looking or speaking to me. Head down the whole time making notes. about something. The nurse also said she didn't need to hear my case. Won't go back there when she is on duty. Other doctors are wonderful there.

    Regardless of the comments you read here, I am telling you from first-hand experience as a patient (and a very complicated one too). Dr. Thomas has done nothing but encourage, care, and show support for me not only as a doctor but as a human being. The people who are giving her negative ratings simply were unsatisfied to begin with and are looking for someone to take it out on. Thank you Dr. Thomas. G.

    She didn’t even deserve a one star. I’m not sure why she became a doctor... she discharged me from the hospital because I didn’t have “internal bleeding” so she didn’t consider my situation an emergency. I left the hospital feeling very frustrated and still very sick with a fever and vomiting. Thanks for nothing

    I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Thomas, she has terrific bed side manner, very kind, warm, thorough and personable despite being extremely busy during my visit at the clinic yesterday. I was extremely happy and satisfied with my experience with her. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Dr. Sophia Thomas was working at Grand Marais Urgent Care Clinic and provided quick diagnosis plus excellent care and performed extra helpfull minor surgicall procedure, while very busy caring for everyone there. Wait time was few hours and it was wort it! Thank you Dr. Sophia Thomas!

    She doesn't know about the relationship between miscarriage and thyroid at all. I was pregnant in my 4th week. I told her I really needed to keep track of my TSH throughout my pregnancy to make sure my baby is safe, but she just gave me several pages of bloodwork sheets and none of them was about my thyroid! When I went back to ask her about that and she said "you said you already did it three months ago, didn't you?". I was like what the hell. She should go back to school and get more education, or otherwise she will kill my baby!

    Dr. Thomas was highly presumptuous and extremely rude. She outright refused to order a test, that I felt necessary, without explanation. I intend to file a complaint with the College. What would be helpful is a doctor who listens to their patient's concerns and explores the origin of their pain without assuming the patient is looking for drugs.
