Dr. Sonja Zab was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and received hers honours undergraduate degree in Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, Ontario. Upon graduation, she practiced in Brisbane, Australia where she adjusted in numerous cities across the country and educated people about chiropractic. Sonja has travelled to other countries such as Panama on mission trips to deliver adjustments and educate people about chiropractic and health. She has delivered approximately over 50,000 adjustments since her graduation in 2005. Sonja is dedicated to educating people and works avidly with community groups and athletes. Her vision is to have EVERY person live to their full health potential. She is passionate about working with children, babies, families and being a dedicated competitive crossfit athlete, triathlete, and yogi, she has much experience of working with athletes of all kinds. In Sonja’s off time, she loves to be outside and be with family and friends. Dr. Sonja’s schedule: Tuesday 2-6:30 pm Wednesday 9-12 pm Every other Thursday 2-7 pm Friday alternating 8-12 pm and 2-7 pm Alternating Saturdays 9-3 pm
