    Dr Chung is always straight and to the point. Both my sons have seen him and while the way he communicates is very direct, he always makes sure to address my concerns and makes me feel supported. I understand how he might seem arrogant to some, but he's a doctor that cares and will very directly disagree with things that he thinks are wrong.

    Overall I think Dr. Chung was hard to work with at first but he is straight to the point and explains things well. I can see how his personality is hard to handle but we don't mind seeing him. He's a no fuss type of doctor.

    Arrogant and rude - extremely. He asked questions but don’t care for the answers…then why ask? He said outright he doesn’t agree with some of the well reference medical research and documents (related to my issues)…shows to tell how arrogant he is!!!

    From the last review you can see Dr Sean Chung actually reads and write back, (at least he has that) “from last review” is a good show of how he will talk to you from his visit. Don’t waste your time with him is my advise. We got a second opinion from another paediatrician and she got us into a referral which we answered our questions. Our babies is sound asleep every night. But this past 7 months that we wasted on Chung… so parents please be note

    Dr Chung followed my son for his first year. He was great at asking me if i have questions and writing them them to make sure he addresses all of them, he also took time to fully explain things processes, next steps. We really enjoyed our experience with him. Yes he has a sarcastic sense of humour but that does not bother me at all (at least he has that).

    Dr. Seen Chung is the worst doctor I've ever met. It's hard to describe him into words since his bedside manner is so terrible. He is extremely arrogant and rude as other reviews say. He ignores all my questions and doesn't answer them. He also judges and criticizes every question I ask sarcastically rather than help. I truly don't know why he became a pediatrician. He admits that he has no manners. Nevertheless, he doesn't seem to be trying to change himself.

    Dr Seen Chung is at Cross Road Clinic practising now. First appointment with him today him was a mess. He is in not ready to address our problem but went on asking if I am double shots and I should not ask question unless I am given permission. At the end my child’s swallow problem was given “advise” and he still having problem swallowing liquid food tonight after recommendation. I am going back to family doctor for a different referral.

    Love Dr. Chung. We were initially referred to him for my then 6-month old's eczema. He detected a previously unnoticed heart murmur and referred us to a pediatric cardiologist. His bedside manner was excellent and he was great with my husband and I, and our daughter.

    Dr Seen Chung answered none of our concerns. Arrogance, incompetence, judgemental, dysaudial, is just some of the words come up my mind to describe him. The appointment my child and I had with him today was more confusing than before the session. Session ended when he suggested he will walk out of the room if I don’t stop asking for clarification to his recommendation which at the end he did abruptly walked out when I asked if he could recommend an alternate solution. Well I don’t think we will have another session with him in the future anyway as he is really not there to help us, and the fact he walked out without coming back and I guess no more follow up is planned. I personally would not risk my child’s health and time with him.

    My son and I had a terrible experience with Dr. Seen Chung. The whole appointment it was as if he was trying to prove how intelligent he was compared to everyone else. This doctor has some severe complex issues; he was extremely late and blamed his clerical staff and the other team members. And Instead of treating my toddler, he brushed his symptoms off like it was no big deal. We ended up seeing another doctor, and found out my son’s ears were blocked with ear wax, that’s why he couldn’t hear us properly. If this doctor had just taken time to assess the patient, then we could’ve solved the issue right then and there! Instead we had to get another referral to a different doctor and wait another year the problem solved. Please, I beg other parents, don’t go to Dr. Seen Chung, I’ve lost over 1 year of being able to properly communicate with my son because this person.

    Had a terrible appointment with him. He was very judgmental and was trying to prove his point rather than help. It felt terrible. Now I want to see another doctor in the same clinic and he won’t agree. Such an unprofessional approach. Make sure you stay away from him.

    My experience with Dr. Chung mirrors that of the review dated July 3, 2019 (below). Dr. Chung is very thorough and takes the time to educate his patients (and the parents). The staff at Crossroads could be more professional, but they are doing their jobs, I suppose.

    I feel Dr Chung was 100% attentive by listening to all my concerns and reassuring me where possible. He spent a lot of time with us and asked a lot of questions to find out about my daughters condition. He also had no hesitation referring my daughter to further specialists in order to ensure her best care.
