She began her educational journey at the University of British Columbia, where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued a Chiropractic degree in Portland, Oregon, which sparked her passion for healthcare and rehabilitation. Dr. Sahota's commitment to performance therapy led her to work with the UBC Track and Field team, where she applied her skills and dedication.
