  Sty away and be very careful. To my sad surprise, inside envelop with my records, I found another totally unrelated patient's report. Outrageous!!! Breach confidentiality everywhere!!! Even confidentiality and safety of patients' records seems to be least of concern for this medical business practice and seems that might be exposed anytime to anyone. How this practice can be called medically professional? Is any really regulatory body exist? Stay miles and miles away from this doctor, her secretary and this practice. All my family and my friends are changed this doctor as she has become unstable, uncaring, rude and dishonest. Her secretary is super unstable, rude, bad-mannered, judgmental most of the time. Just take your business elsewhere. This practice does not deserve yo bill OHIP, taxes that working people pay. I deserve the best medical care but not this moneymakers. Think for yourself.

  Stay away from this utterly dishonest, unethical, rude, hypocritical, foul practice. Both, the secretary and Dr. untidy, unscrupulous and often emotionally unstable and let themselves unlawfully judge, stigmatize, misdiagnose, mix up files and labels on referrals forms, create a lot of problem for the patients and use deception in verbal and in writing in patient's medical records to cover their mistakes. Establishing stronger control done by the licensing organization; covert inspection would be helpful to weed out unethical and unlawful practices costing dearly to patients' health and life. Please, educate doctors to avoid writing in patient's encounters notes false information and false referrals to a specialist without patient knowing about this referral. Doctor simply writes it in the patient encounter notes which is deception to cover her own mistakes. This specialist would need to be inspected too. Terrible Dr., terrible experience; misdiagnosing and missing real diagnosis which resulted in major surgery with difficult long rehabilitation period and all difficulties in all areas of patient's life. It is an awful result of negligence, malpractice, utter indifference for the patient health. Stay as far away as possible.
