Dr. Karin Oliver Bio

Dr. Oliver has a specialized background in ocular inflammatory disorders and also maintains an active general ophthalmology practice. Dr. Oliver centers her general ophthalmology practice at Eye Health MD and her uveitis practice at the MUHC’s, McGill Academic Eye Centre.

Born and raised just outside Montreal, Dr Oliver completed a Bachelor of Sciences degree with distinction from Queen’s University. Following this, she went on to attend the University of Toronto where she received her medical degree in 2004, graduating with honours. She then returned home to Montreal where she completed her residency in Ophthalmology at McGill University. Upon graduation, Dr Oliver completed one year of fellowship training in Ocular Inflammatory Diseases and Uveitis from the University of Montreal. In 2010, she joined the team at Eye Health MD and the faculty of medicine at McGill University as a Faculty Lecturer.
