    Nearly impossible to book an appointment, even when one is trialing a dose increase for their child and NEED to contact the doctor. I don’t blame Dr. Lam, I blame the clinic booking staff, management and incredibly unsafe policies around contacting the clinic especially with any critical feedback. They will fire you as a patient rather than listen.
