    People best take accountability for their own health. You should be your own advocate and listen to Dr. Wiggers. Take notes on your stability, anything that triggers you. Get exercise, eat properly, get rest and stay away from stressors.

    Dr.wiggers please contact me Jayden Laird either email or phone you have both on file what has happened is ridiculously unfair and how I’ve been treated is as well when we chatted through video chat you had finally regained my trust in the health system by setting me up with a prescription and doctors not to go back to work however once the chat was done nothing was sent off haven’t got my prescription wasn’t faxed over the doctors note written wich I had to go back for 4 days in a row back to back to get it didn’t have enough info so I told the office workers how important it was and strapped by 3 or more times a week and called everyday just to have you on the very last day knowing I was losing. My license the next day if I didn’t have the note you said you weren’t qualified on a sticky note and gave it to an office person to give to me so now I just lost my job , lost my license and to really let it sink in all this happened was because I went for help got the appropriate help you even said the situation that they went far too extreme and there’s no mental health or substance abuse disorder ? What changed so drastically after our phone call ?
