Dr. Lawlor is a chiropractor originally from Spaniard's Bay, Newfoundland. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Memorial University in 1997. Afterward, he pursued his education in chiropractic and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001. Following his graduation, Dr. Lawlor practiced chiropractic in both Iowa and Michigan from 2001 to 2009. Subsequently, he and his wife decided to return home to Newfoundland. Since then, he has been practicing full-time in the St. John's area for the past 10 years. Dr. Lawlor holds full Chiropractic board certification in both Canada and the United States. He has also acquired unique training and certification in both Class 3b (Low Intensity) and Class 4 (High Intensity) therapeutic laser therapy. This specialized knowledge allows him to utilize laser therapy as part of his treatment approach. Passionate about health and wellness, Dr. Lawlor has dedicated himself to expanding his expertise through post-graduate courses and seminars. He has pursued additional education in various areas, including clinical nutrition, chronic pain management, sports injury treatment and prevention, exercise rehabilitation, and specialized image interpretation, among others. Currently, Dr. Lawlor resides in St. John's with his wife, Ingrid, and their dog, Gracie.
