I use a holistic approach to help you get out of pain, move with greater confidence and most importantly improve your relationship with your body.

Working with high performance athletes and most recently treating at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, I learned to bring a sense of urgency, importance and elevated creativity to my practice. I bring this same approach to help you overcome the obstacles you’re facing so you can get out of pain fast and back to doing what you love.

I combine chiropractic therapy with exercise prescription and lifestyle modifications to help you regain pain free movement quickly and efficiently.
