Dr. Baliko is a highly dedicated and compassionate chiropractor who is deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of his patients. With a strong background in research and a passion for treating bone, joint, and soft tissue injuries, he offers a comprehensive and integrated approach to chiropractic care. Dr. Baliko completed his Honours Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Toronto, where he focused on studying bone and soft tissue tumors in children and the development of osteoarthritis in adults. This research experience sparked his interest in becoming more hands-on in treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries. In 2007, Dr. Baliko graduated with Honours from the New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). He holds certifications in both Ontario and the United States and is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). He is an active member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA) and the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA). Dr. Baliko's treatment approach combines traditional chiropractic techniques with active-based therapies. He utilizes deep tissue therapy, dynamic movements, and clinical exercise to address the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. He is also a certified provider of Active Release Technique (Spine, Upper Body, and Lower Body) and Graston Technique (GT), which are specialized soft tissue treatment modalities. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Baliko enjoys spending time outdoors and engaging in various sports activities. He particularly enjoys bike riding, squash, baseball, and golf. He strives to live an active and healthy lifestyle, considering himself a scratch golfer and aspires to achieve a hole in one someday. Dr. Baliko is also an avid supporter of the Toronto Blue Jays and likes to attend their games at the Roger's Center. Dr. Baliko encourages his patients to adopt a fun, active, and healthy lifestyle.
