Dr. Andrena Videchak is a chiropractor who has a strong connection to the Niagara region, having been born and raised there. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to practice and give back to the residents of Grimsby and the surrounding areas. Dr. Videchak's early interests in health and the human body led her to pursue her post-secondary studies at Western University in London, Ontario. In 2007, she achieved her Bachelor of Arts with Honors Specialization in Kinesiology, accompanied by a minor in Psychology. Her academic achievements and passion for health further fueled her desire to pursue a career in healthcare and wellness. Continuing her educational journey, Dr. Videchak attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, recognized as a leading chiropractic institution in North America. During her time there, she was introduced to a variety of techniques, including active release and Graston therapy. In 2011, she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. To expand her skill set, she also completed the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program and is now a licensed acupuncture provider. In her practice, Dr. Videchak utilizes gentle diversified chiropractic techniques, employing various methods of adjustments and mobilizations. She also incorporates soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises, orthotic casting, and promotes general health and nutrition awareness. Dr. Videchak warmly welcomes both new and returning patients, aiming to assist the community with their health and wellness needs. Her commitment to providing high-quality care is evident in her dedication to staying current with the latest techniques and approaches. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Videchak enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Kevin. She maintains an active lifestyle through activities such as hiking and biking. She is an animal lover and takes pride in caring for her two Bengal cats, Jasper and Mia, as well as her Great Dane, Yukon. With her passion for chiropractic care and dedication to her community, Dr. Andrena Videchak is ready to assist individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals.
