Dr. Adam Bragagnolo CHIROPRACTOR | DC, BSC Dr. Bragagnolo graduated from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and certificates in Sport Science and Human Performance, and Whole Food Nutrition. Prior to attending Chiropractic College, he studied at McMaster University where he received his Bachelor of Life Science degree. Dr. Adam is further certified in Electro-acupuncture through the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. Dr. Bragagnolo utilizes Diversified Technique to restore normal range of motion in restricted joints, coupled with Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Massage to release tight musculature. While in school and since graduating, Dr. Bragagnolo has worked with a wide patient demographic ranging from infants to geriatrics, challenging him to modify his treatment technique to include Activator, Flexion-Distraction and Spinal Decompression. Dr. Bragagnolo believes an active lifestyle sets the stage for good health. His motto is “Use It or Lose It”. He abides by his motto through spending his spare time at the gym or walking the golf course.
