    Nothing but the best to say about Ashton! He was my pedorthist for years. His expertise and willingness to make the most suitable orthotics for me keeping in mind type of my job as well as my exercise and sports (love the last pair that I use for my tennis shoes). He generously shared his tips for injury prevention, self care post exercise (self massage). I felt supported and taken care of. Ashton, you will be truly missed in Mississauga!

    I had allready seen my GP and a Physio but was still having pain that restricted my walking but after Ashton fitted me for a knee brace I felt safe to get mobile again and the pain was reduced. I was able to put the cane away and now I only use the brace for long walks! Thank you Ashton, Barbara Armstrong
