It is a systematic approach to well-being that begins with a series of specific breathing exercises, then moves into the fundamental exercises. Fundamentals are the basis for each new series of movements you’ll learn as you progress through the levels. Our studio offers a variety of mat classes from beginner to advanced. Classes are tailored to every fitness level and incorporate a variety of Pilates apparatus such as resistance bands, weighted balls and magic circles.
