The brain controls just about everything we do and is the most complicated part of the nervous system. It receives signals from the ears, eyes, nose and mouth, and from the rest of your body from the spinal cord. Conditions that affect the brain and nervous system include multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease.
