I wrote the review below in 2016 with an approval of 4.5...Its now 2023 and the last six months have been a nightmare. All was well with my type 2 diabetes and then out of the blue he cuts my gliclizide in half, 120 to 60 Diamicron, and adds Synjardy with 1000 mg metformin and 12.5 Jardiance. Since then my daily blood sugars are 11,s and 12,s and I can't control them. On top of that my B/P has skyrocketed. Before Synjardy my B/P was 107/75 three previous visits. Then 5 weeks into Synjardy it jumped to 135/80. That was December. In late March 154/82. I suggested it might be the Syn but he didn't agree. Now I am at 185/105...This is getting serious! All my tests came back ok. My pulse is >80 and my weight is stable. I don't get it but I know I have to get off this med before my heart blows up. He has lost all my confidence.

I listen carefully to Dr.Singh and most importantly, he listens to me. He is open to discussion and answers most questions and has a degree of flexibility when it comes to treatments. He does expect results when he gives me the opportunity to twist his instructions as long as it improves my health.
