>We are a general practice office and so we offer most types of dentistry. Certainly, if a specialist is required we would happily make that referral. > Here is a general overview of treatments we perform: Cosmetic Dentistry
The world of modern cosmetic dentistry is truly exciting for those who want to have the most beautiful smile possible. Everybody is different so your dentist can help you decide which or these cosmetic procedure are best for you.

Tooth Whitening
This simple yet effective and affordable procedure uses special formulas to lighten dark or stained teeth. Teeth can be whitened by professionally supervised at-home treatments or through an accelerated process in the dentist's office.

Bonding
Chipped, stained, or worn teeth are repaired by the application of a composite resin bonding material directly onto each tooth's surface. This low-expense procedure allows the dentist to restore or enhance your smile in a single visit.

Veneers
A thin layer of porcelain can be applied to the front of a tooth to dramatically improve its position, size, color, and shape. Created in a dental laboratory, these restorations can provide you with a permanent beautiful solution. Results can range from excellent to truly extraordinary, depending on your situation.

Crowns (caps)
Crowns are similar to veneers, except that they are placed over the entire tooth. These restorations are used to correct severe decay, large fillings or misalignment as well as teeth that have undergone root canal therapy. Crowns are fabricated in a laboratory to provide a stable bite and enhanced appearance. Crowns can be porcelain, gold, or gold with porcelain on top.

Implants
Dental implants, used to replace missing teeth, are fixtures that are inserted into underlying bone to serve as the base for an artificial tooth. A natural-looking crown is connected to the top of the implant to provide a predictable and safe way to create an attractive smile. With a periodontist, we can provide implant services for you.

Teeth cleaning
Tooth cleaning is one of the least glamorous but most important aspects of going to the dentist. Anyone who has had an incomplete or painful cleaning can attest to the fact that not all cleanings are the same

In our office, it is not “just a cleaning” when you come for this service. We clean both above and below the gum line and we remove stain as needed. We record your gum health carefully and we make specific recommendations customized to you with respect to when to return. It is not automatically 6 months recall in our office. We recognize that everyone is different and the appropriate recall may be anywhere from 3 months to 2 years.

Orthodontics
We provide preventive orthodontic procedures such as spacers and similar services. More complex services would require an orthodontist.

Root Canals
There are tiny canals within your tooth that may become infected or diseased. Your dentist can remove the disease by performing the root canal procedure. The canals are carefully cleaned and then filled with a safe material . All root canalled teeth need a filling afterwards and many need a crown. We do most root canals, ranging from 1 canal front teeth to 3 canal back teeth. If the canal system is particularly complex, we would refer you to an endodontist.

Oral Surgery / Extractions / Wisdom Teeth
Whether you are a student needing a wisdom tooth taken out, our you have an abscess that is not treatable, we can do most tooth removals for you. Our Panoramic x-ray allows us to see all of your roots, sinuses and nerves, so that your dental extraction is as safe and comfortable as possible. If you have given up on some or all teeth, we can remove those for you as well, without the side effects of general anaesthesia.

Complete Dentures
If you have no remaining natural teeth, or want your remaining natural teeth removed, we can fabricate complete dentures for you. We use the strongest and most modern acrylics, that give a very natural smile. Our complete denture process usually takes 4 or 5 appointments. This is because we let you try in your denture in a wax stage. This lets both you and the Doctor confirm that the fit and color are exactly what is best for you.

Partial Dentures
If you are missing some teeth, these can be replaced with partial dentures. These can range from a simple flipper partial, to a hybrid acrylic with clasps, to a customized titanium cast partial denture with special fittings just for your teeth. We would be happy to discuss these options with you.

Bridgework
When just one or a few teeth are missing, these can be replaced with a bridge. These can be all porcelain, porcelain with gold substructure, or all gold. There are other types of bridges as well. Bridges are fixed in place and are the most realistic replacement of a missing tooth except for an implant. Whether you have an old bridge that is well past its prime, or a new space that is in bad need of a tooth, we would be happy to discuss your options with you.

Fillings
Fillings are of course provided in our office. However, not all fillings are equal. We carefully strive to ensure that your fillings are well shaped, have good contacts, are neatly adapted to the tooth and function well. There is a vast array of materials that can be used to fill your teeth, so we ensure that the most appropriate material for you is used. Whether this is the first filling for your child, or you need some old ones replaced, we will take the time to do what is best for you.

Invisalign
A Clear Alternative. Invisalign is a virtually invisible solution so you can smile during as well as after treatment. In fact, virtually no one will know you++re wearing them unless you tell. By using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign straightens your teeth right before your eyes. Change them about every two weeks and your teeth will move ++ little by little ++ toward the smile you have always wanted.

Invisible. Removable. And Comfortable.
Invisalign is comfortable to wear and it doesn++t require you to change your busty lifestyle. You visit your doctor every month or two to check your progression and get new aligners. The average treatment time is only about a year. Because aligners are removable, you can continue to eat your favorite foods while brushing and flossing normally to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
