Stephanie Bernath, of Treeroots Doula Service in the Okanagan Valley, offers pre and post natal health care.  This includes childbirth education, pregnancy care, continuous support through the labour and birth process, lactation councelling, and postpartum caregiving. Stephanie encourages herbalism and a holistic approach to birthing.  Her doula care services are offered to anyone in and around the Okanagan Area.
