Our vision for Rebirth Wellness Centre has always been about more than providing classes, wellness services and education for pre and postnatal women and families. As all of those things are very important, we believe our purpose is to create a place where new moms and moms-to-be can come together in community to connect with others, share experiences of motherhood, and to be well throughout the process. Our purpose is to empower women and new moms to be strong and confident as they make their way through the journey into motherhood.
