Fun N' Fit
This drop-in class is specifically designed for those with a need to exercise in a supportive environment, in particular people living with neuromuscular disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.
It offers participants the opportunity to work at their own pace and intensity, while being guided through exercises appropriate for developing joint suppleness, coordination, stability and strength. Come once, twice or three times a week to join the fun in being and staying healthy.
Participants need to be able to move themselves in and out of a chair without assistance, and be walker-free. If you have a cane, please bring it with you. In the case of a participant needing assistance to move, care-givers are welcome (free of charge) to assist the participant in the class.
