Ballet Body Bootcamp

“Ballet for non-ballerinas”, which as the name implies, will get you the strong, long, lean body dancers are so famous for! This class is designed for the beginner exerciser, set to fun, dancey tunes- this ain’t no ordinary ballet class! No experience required, no equipment, no age limit! We incorporate elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility training and traditional fitness. Set as a 6 week program, once a week for 60 minutes per class.
