Medical
Nurse Agency & Home Visiting Health Professionals are the skilled registered nurses (RN) in our team. They can help you maintain or improve your health and even educate on how to properly manage it. Individuals who are in transition of care from a hospital setting to home and requires complex skilled nursing care on an hourly or intermittent basis qualifies for this service. Those who needs frequent nursing assessments, constant monitoring and regular changes in the care plan will benefit greatly with the care from one of our experienced nurses.
Our RNs are all registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and each have at least 10 years of working experience in long term care facilities and local hospitals such as Trillium Health Centre, Credit Valley Hospital and Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
Non-Medical
Our Personal Support Workers specializes in providing non-medical home care services to support the independence of the client living at home. Our PSWs often serves as the family’s eyes, ears and hands to ensure the ongoing safety and proper supervision of a loved one.
All our Personal Support Workers are graduates of local accredited colleges and are involved in various methods of ongoing learning to broaden their knowledge. Individually they are gifted with unique personalities that we can match with yours after our initial consultation.
