Policies
Workout Attire: Wear comfortable clothes with or without socks.

Mats: Clean comfortable exercise mats and water are provided free of charge.

Allergies: Some of our clients suffer from environmental allergies, we request that you refrain from using fragrances in our studio.

Parking: Plenty of Free parking located at the front or back of the building.

Cancellations: You'll be missed at your session! Please leave a voice message or send an email to notify the instructor that you will not be attending the class. Please cancel all classes with the instructor 24 hours in advance so that make-up classes can be scheduled, space permitting.

Make-up classes: can be arranged but not guaranteed as class size is limited.  In order to do a make-up session classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance.  Make-up classes are not available for last minute cancellations or no shows.  Please cancel all classes with the instructor so make-up classes can be scheduled.  Make-up classes must be completed during the scheduled session - not carried forward to the next session. No refunds are given.

Re-Registration: Thank you for continuing with your pilates classes at our studio. Please pay for your next session on the last day of the current session.

Sessions are one hour in length; please arrive a few minutes early to be ready to start the class on time.
