At Fraser Street Medical, our goal is to optimize patient access, practice effectiveness, efficiency, and provide quality continuity of care. As a collaborative team, we strive to be an innovative, comprehensive and patient-centered medical home to a richly diverse ethnic population. At Fraser Street Medical you will be followed by one primary doctor who will provide continuity of your care, however we do work as a health care team, which means that our other doctors can serve as a temporary support until you see your own doctor. We specialize in advanced access care, planned proactive chronic disease care, and clinical pharmacist reviews. We are a teaching facility associated with the UBC Faculty of Medicine, therefore a medical trainee may be present to help you with your care.
