At Dynamic Footworks we provide the following services:
1)Canadian Certified Pedorthist --á Pedorthists are professionals trained in the assessment of lower limb anatomy and biomechanics. We work alongside other healthcare professionals to help maintain foot health and mobility. We are registered with all extended health plans (Blue Cross, Green Shield, Manulife, Sunlife, etc.,) as well as DVA and Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB).
2)Complete Assessments that include - gait and biomechanical assessment of the lower limbs; thorough history; static and dynamic assessment; video gait analysis.
3)Detailed report --á After each assessment, clients will be provided with a detailed report discussing the results of their individual assessment and recommendations made. With consent, a report will also be sent to their family doctor and the referring health professional.
4)Custom Orthotics Onsite - Making custom orthotics onsite allows us to serve our clients in a timely fashion, we can complete a pair of orthotics in 24 hours if required,adjustments as required until the perfect fit is achieved at no extra charge.
5)Follow-up Appointments - Two weeks after receiving your orthotics we will call you to ensure there are no problems. If there are problems we will then make the necessary adjustments for you quickly and at co cost to you. It is our goal and obligation to make the best and most comfortable orthotics you will ever have.
6)Professional Shoe Fitting - We focus on individual professional shoe fitting to ensure we meet the needs and satisfaction of all our clients. We have a selection of diabetic footwear, orthopaedic footwear providing stability for clients with foot pain and also a variety of widths for the hard to fit feet.
7)Footwear Modifications - We are able to provide a variety of footwear modifications for clients’ existing or new footwear, including lifts, shoe stretching for width, length and deformities such as bunions.
8)Compression Socks - Dynamic Footworks is also pleased to offer measurement and fitting for prescription Sigvaris compression socks. We sell a variety of styles from “over the counter” minimal compression to prescription higher compression socks.
9)Custom Bracing - Having a Pedorthist on staff who is highly trained in lower limb biomechanics allows us to offer professional brace fittings for any need you might have. Please see our products page for more information on our Donjoy Braces, Aircast and Procare products.
