Cindy of City Doulas in Toronto Ontario will work with you during prenatal, birth, labour, and postnatal, postpartum times of your pregnancy.  During your prenatal period she will visit with you twice to discuss your expectations of labour and childbirth.  Cindy will be available on call 24 hours a day for the last 2 weeks of your pregnancy.  As your doula she will be there to support you during your home or hospital birth and there after for 2 postpartum visits to help with breastfeeding and other important postnatal things.
