Tracy Armstrong of Best Beginnings Doula Services offers group prenatal classes at the Tong Louie YMCA in Surrey BC.  Tracy also offers Pre and Post Natal Doula Services to those in Surrey, Langley, White Rock and Delta Areas.  She works together with you to ensure an easy birth process and a memorable one.  She offers postpartum services to clients who are in need of some extra help during the postpartum period.  Within her doula care Tracy offers emotional support during the transition to parenthood and breastfeeding support postpartum.
