For every women, every age, every fitness level. Our level 1-5 classes run once a week in 6 week intervals. We also have various workshops held throughout the month. Our students range in age from 18-60, each progressing at their own pace. Some ladies repeat levels before moving onto the next level.
Aradia classes are a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio for a phenomenal full body workout. As pole dancing is not easy, pole spins and tricks and must be taught slowly and safely.All of our classes offer a balanced full body workout and are taught by Aradia certified fitness instructors.
Our unique classes are held in a safe, supportive environment in our private studio.
