During hip or knee replacement surgery, the surgeon removes the painful joint and replaces it with an artificial joint made from plastic, ceramic and/or metal.

Treatment for shoulder arthritis may include non-surgical approaches such as pain management, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications. In more severe cases, surgery, such as joint replacement or joint fusion, may be considered to alleviate pain and improve shoulder function. It's important for individuals with shoulder arthritis to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan.

Did an absolutely terrible knee replacement and I told him during recovery that something was wrong. All he said was to keep icing it. I did everything I was supposed to throughout therapy. I was supposed to be back at work 3 months after surgery, and now 6 months later I still cannot even walk. My knee is crooked which I told him 3 months ago and then 2 months after that he tells me it looks crooked. No shit! That's what I told you already. Just had blood work done and they won't even look at the results and I have to wait another month to get an appointment for my results. I have a possible infection, totally swollen and in pain and can't even walk and this guy could not care less. He literally has totally messed up my knee and refuses to do anything about it. This is pathetic. Do your job!

Dr. Pearce was hateful and not caring at all. His rudeness was the worst I have ever experienced. I left his office before the appoint was over because I could see it was not going anywhere. He offered some tests that could be done, but to see him again would have been useless.
