    I chose to get a nexplanon implant at this clinic because of their "trauma inclusive" environment. When I show up a sign is there saying no family or friends are allowed in because of covid. I have severe PTSD and me getting that implant alone is not an option. I should have been told this over the phone. My mother and I are both fully vaxxed and would gladly wear masks and use hand sanitiser. The kicker here is they suggest I take one of their employees in the room to hold my hand. Do you guys really know enough about PTSD to be working in this field? I will never be going back to this clinic.

    Dr. Eaton does not practice trauma-informed care. She made me cry and did not provide education, resources or ask any questions during my appointment. She recommended I go elsewhere for my medical needs, despite them being well within a family physician's scope. This leads me to believe that she was not comfortable or able to provide trauma-informed care, which is shocking as she works at a sexual health clinic. She should take some more training on providing safe, culturally-competent care.

    I just wish she was my family doctor. She not only listen carefully but seems to be the perfect combination between experience and a great mind for assertive diagnosis. Though, will endorse her suspicious with proper examination. That's caring!

    Dr Lara Eaton seems like a great doctor. I saw her for the first time today and she was great at listening to my concern /issue . I left feeling like I was cared for . Dr Eaton had no problem with sending me for imaging to make sure everything I've been dealing with is ok . My MD doesn't think I need imaging . I'm so grateful I met Dr Eaton ???? she listens and cares :)

    She is so great - just very kind (as well as knowledgable - obviously), which makes it easy to tell her what's going on. The perfect kind of Doctor in my opinion
