    First was walk-in worked great he was there 15 minutes after it opened. It was reliable service you can count on. Than covid happened and he switched to having people book for an appointment, but never seen at appointment time booked for always waiting 2-3 hours to be seen which is ridiculous. He has only Saturdays as walk-in which doesn't help anyone when they need to be seen or get medicine during the week people can't wait a whole week when they are sick and they shouldn't have to be forced to end up going to hospital when it was something this doctor could had provided treatment for. This Doctor should just go back to previous operations of being a walk-in clinic! First come, first serve and he should be there when the door opens not waiting until a certain number of patients there. Or at least have three days a week Mondays, Wednesday, Saturdays as walk-in because it so hard to even get an appointment when you really need one! It's always booked up how can you get to see the doctor when you really need to!
